From day one Caliber Collision communicated regularly both by email and phone, making certain I knew just what was happening with my repair. Customer service was excellent and both Angel and Kristy were more than thoughtful from start to finish. I was completely satisfied with the actual work done to the vehicle. I was surprised and pleased to see that the inside of my vehicle had been vacuumed and wiped down, which was unnecessary but much appreciated. The only dissatisfaction I have with my experience is that after picking up my vehicle, I noticed later that the mirror on the left side of my vehicle had been damaged somehow..

Kristy kept us updated throughout the entire repair. When the doors came in, she informed us. When it was in the paint department, she informed us and when it was being washed, she informed. I am sure there were other customers that had vehicles being repaired, but she was very attentive to us.
