Repair looks good, besides color match and fit issues

Color match is not very good? Gaps on front parts do not match from side to side, spoiler to bumper fit is not correct. Light issue they are currently trying to resolve.

The job was not finished. The communication left me playing the middle man and calling both companies. The stories didn't add up on each side, now I am being forced to get a second opinion. I will not be back with any future service.

When I received the car it wouldn’t run. Just find it very unlikely that the transmission of the car which was working before I handed the car over stops working when the car was not driven for a week and a half during repairs. Investigation says the accident didn’t cause it so that leads me to believe that is something that caliber collision caused.

Both Kristy and Angel were outstanding in their customer service to me. They both kept me informed of each step to complete the repairs on my 2019 Kia Sorento! Angel was very accommodating to meet me at 7:00 am in the morning at Caliber to get my Kia back to me!!!! My experience with the Ladies and Calibur as a whole was overwhelmingly awesome!!!!!!! I will highly recommend Calibur to anyone I know!!!!!
