I recently had my vehicle repaired through Caliber Collision after an accident, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. When I arrived, my repair consultant, Anthony ("Tony"), took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, document all of the damage, and answer any questions I had. He also made sure my family and I had enough time to remove our personal belongings from the car before repairs began. The receptionist at the front desk was equally outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the repair process, deductible information, and what to expect throughout the entire experience. Her professionalism immediately put us at ease. One thing that truly stood out was the communication. Tony kept me updated every step of the way through text messages and phone calls. His responsiveness was incredible—whenever I had a question, I never waited long for an answer. Communication was easily a 10 out of 10. Knowing the status of my vehicle throughout the repair process gave me tremendous peace of mind. He sent me a link to view progress on the process which was cool, it reminded me of the domino's pizza app and how you can track when your pizza is being made when it's put in the oven and when it's out for delivery. The repair turnaround time was also impressive. Even with insurance logistics that needed to be coordinated, my vehicle was repaired and ready in just over a week. The process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Caliber Collision even made the rental car process convenient by coordinating everything so we could head directly to Enterprise after dropping off our vehicle. When it was time to pick up my car, the experience was just as seamless. The same friendly receptionist assisted us with checkout, and Tony personally brought the vehicle around and reviewed everything with us. He genuinely cared about making sure we were satisfied and took the time to wish us well before we left. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, but Tony and the entire team at Caliber Collision exceeded every expectation. Their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs after an accident. Thank you, Tony and the entire team, for taking such great care of us!
