They only had to replace a side view mirror. They replaced with wrong color. We pointed it out, they didn’t notice. It’s been over a month and we are still working on the correct mirror, they keep ordering the wrong one. From the first day we stepped into the shop and every time wee ed have had to call since, we have been greeted with an attitude. Horrible customer serviceservice.

Yes completely satisfied. Bryan kept me updated throughout the whole process and everything turned out great. I was so shocked and pleasantly surprised to see the inside of my car was vacuumed showing how the team at Calliber Collision went above and beyond after being in a hit and run. I'm so pleased with this shop! I've been here a few times and they always provide a great experience! Staff is friendly and courteous. Tony kept me updated on everything being done even had my car done before the time expected.they explained things to me in a way I understood! The work they do is top notch ! Kudos to the staff behind the curtains great work!!! ♥️ I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who's looking for auto repairs that are done right!
