I am very impressed and satisfied with the high level of service i received as a customer of Caliber. This is my first time using Caliber but it came highly recommended by a coworker of mine who had their car serviced there before. Bonnie and Mike and the rest of the staff were very helpful and professional. They answered every question I had and made a very stressful time seem a little easier for me. I am very grateful for that. I was kept informed on the status of my car and it was finished before the given date. While I pray this is my last car accident if I had to do it all over again I'd choose Caliber. Thank you all!

Everyone was very professional and helpful from Bonnie, the receptionist to Mike Lepore, the mechanic who worked on my car and kept me abreast of what was going on with the repair by email. The repair work done was excellent. I am an extremely happy customer!!!
