Communication could have been better. I showed up when I was told, but they found another flaw that needed to be repaired which took another five days. Then I was told without any prior communication that it was ready for pickup 15 minutes before the shop closed. It is hard to change my schedule with such short notice. On the positive side everyone I dealt with was kind and courteous.

I think you should be more forthcoming with how long the procedure may take. We had a small scratch on the fender and had no car for two weeks. We would have kept our car longer if we knew.
