Jess was very friendly and professional. Tom sent updates three times a week and replied to my calls/texts. My issue is it took a month to repair damage that I would classify as not major. I had to wait a month just to drop off my car, due to a shortage of techs. That should have been the first ref flag. The work is well done and car looks great. Tha month wait was a deal breaker.
