They were kind enough to set up a rental at Enterprise, since I'd initially declined that service. And, Stephen was a gentleman. He removed my car charger from my car and put it in my rental when I couldn't figure out how. Thanks for everything, guys. My car looks like the damage never happened.

I am always shown professionalism and understanding when I have gotten my vehicle serviced here (which has been too many times). Honestly I don't think of too many other places to take it to when I need this service. The entire staff (Tricia, Steve and the other gentleman that I worked with in the past whose name escapes me right now have made me feel confident that my vehicle will be restored to brand new condition.
