Jim was amazing! Everyone was. My car was fixed sooner than I expected and it looked perfect when I picked it up. The popcorn is a bonus! Excellent customer service.

It took a reallllly long time for my car to get fixed. 23 days and that was way longer than expected(~15 days). I do understand there are certain factors but just misfortunate. However the repairs were fine; and everyone was great to work with.
