I was told the car will be ready on the Thursday, which was over two weeks after I dropped it off, and it wasn’t ready on a Thursday. They had an excuse about getting parts which they said they had and it will be ready the next day. When I called and texted him the next day they didn’t even respond. The next day was a Friday I didn’t get it that Saturday course they were closed on Sunday and Monday they were telling me it wasn’t ready either. When I got the car it wasn’t complete. They said they couldn’t get the molding for the door. They said it was no longer available. When I drove it that night the headlights were out of there or not even. One headlight was going way up. So maybe I should’ve put a lower satisfaction rating on it.

Did a fantastic job on repairing the car and making it look like new. Also kept me well informed on the progress of the job. Also had it repaired in time so that I did not have to rent a car. Would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone needing to have their car repaired.

It was difficult to get an appointment, but that’s no one’s fault. I can’t say enough… over 2.5 weeks early on my car and it was impeccable. I also want to be best friends with Mrs. Monaco! I do forget the woman’s name who helped me when I was very desperate at a different location. Either way 10/10. Jose just moved to a Jersey location and he was my guy. Wherever he went, they are lucky. Your staff is incredible

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The team was extremely informative and polite to me. They scheduled and communicated with Enterprise Rent A Car for me making things easier. I received daily notifications and updates about my vehicles status and estimated completion date. The team actually completed the work on my vehicle 4 days sooner than what we expected. I just picked up my car today in the rain. Everything looks great. The staff was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. The damage from the accident looks good as new. I was assured everything is working perfectly. The delivery of my car was impressive, they cleaned my car thoroughly and took care of my rental being returned. I am very happy I chose to use Caliber Collision for the repair of my car and as they said, while they hope I don’t need to return, they will be there if I need anything in the future. Really appreciate the help.
