I’ve made several attempts to rectify, and attempt to prompt Caliber rectify, this issue. What follows is the review that I have prepared to send to the Better Business Bureau, Google reviews and any other consumer reviews/reporting outlet: I am writing to express my disappointment with the repairs performed by Caliber Collision, located at 255 S. Easton Road, Glenside, PA. We were not expecting handouts—we expected a complete and properly executed repair performed by skilled professionals at a reputable company. Unfortunately, that is not what we received. While the replacement rear door and bumper are aesthetically pleasing, the repairs remain incomplete. As a result of the accident, our vehicle lost its rear parking assist system. We drive a passenger van for our large family, and rear visibility is extremely limited, making this safety feature essential. Although the rear door and bumper were replaced, the electrical components connected to the rear parking assist system were not restored. The damage was obvious, and the wiring associated with the bumper would have had to be disconnected during the repair process. Yet the system remains inoperable, and the dashboard warning indicating the damage is still displayed. I have raised these concerns with Caliber Collision at 255 S. Easton Road, Glenside, PA, as well as with the company’s corporate office. To date, there has been no remediation. I hope this review prompts an appropriate response and, more importantly, a proper and competent repair of our vehicle. -Mrs. Perry

Thank you from the moment I was greeted by Trish and spoke to rhe technician regarding my repairs. I was kept well-informed during the process. And the results look great! And the lifetime warranty is amazing! This is my 2nd time using a Caliber repair shop. Although, I wouldn't want to need you again, at least I know where to get a quality repair. Thank you!
