I am honestly so defeated. The repairs on my car between insurance claims and the collision center took over five weeks. My rental car coverage was only for 30 days which means for over a week I had to pay out-of-pocket for more coverage for transportation while I did not have my vehicle. I also had to pay eight dollars a day and taxes and fees on the rental. When I picked up my car and drove it directly across the street to the gas station I noticed my tire sensor light was on and I found the driver’s rear tire extremely low on air pressure. So naturally, I filled the tire with air at the gas station. 24 hours later on the tire is leaking air and is very low again. I call caliber collision to discuss the fact that my tire pressure is very low and something is obviously wrong with the tire. I am told to bring the car in to be looked at. Mind you, I live 45 minutes away, this location is not my primary location and my vehicle was moved to this location, so I am going very far out of my way to have this tire repaired. When I arrive, I learned that they are “doing me a favor by looking at it” and that a technician noticed my tire light was on, but determined it had nothing to do with my accident so they didn’t bother repairing that. But I thought it would be safe for me to take the vehicle home on a tire that apparently has an industrial size nail in it. Needless to say, I now have to take another day from work and drive my car to a dealership to have a warranty that I’m not sure exist pay for my tire to be repaired. Another several days where I can’t drive this vehicle. I have paid hundreds of dollars in deductible, rental fees, rideshare fees, once my rental expired, and now apparently a few more dollars for a tire that quote has nothing to do with an accident “also, I just had my inspection done and tires replaced before this accident occurred, and there were no nails in my tires before this accident or my car arrived at caliber collision. I am literally beside myself.

This location was able to schedule my car repair when others wouldn’t or couldn’t. The staff is amazingly friendly. The car was completed quicker than expected. When they brought the car, they offered to help me transfer items. They had the car cleaned and was warm and toasty when I got in to leave. There were absolutely no problems or issues at all.

This Caliber Collision in Glenside PA did an amazing repair on my vehicle. They were warm, courteous, from the beginning. They constantly kept me updated on my vehicle repair progress. They also bought the car up from the garage cleaned and warm n toasty. A collision repair with no issues whatsoever.
