The repairs all seem fine. It was the lack of communication or miscommunication that was frustrating. I was told a week before I picked my car up that it was being painted and would be ready after the weekend. No one communicated that there was a change in my estimate or that my car wasn’t painted when I was told it was until I called again days later and asked. Just improve the communication

The office personnel were polite and very helpful. However the repair took more than twice as long as I was originally told it would. The target completion date was changed 3 times.

Highly recommended repair/collision auto Shop. I was grateful that enterprise rental company came to pick me up and I was able to drop the rental back at the caliber collision location to pick up my personal vehicle once all repairs were completed.

I was not happy with the time it took to repair the door handle and equally frustrated that they did not have internet in order to call a Lyft. However, the job on my car is stellar. Car was cleaned inside and out. My car looked brand new. Thank you!
