I was told everything they were going to do as they found more things that needed to be repaired from the crash, every washer, nut and bolt. They were very open about the repairs and kept me apprised of the car's status. Any delay was the fault of the insurance company. When they finally got the okay from the insurance people, the car was repaired quickly and returned to me. Good job.
