I honestly due to how everything went down would not recommend them. I went thinking they were still caliber collision. Gave them a try but honestly don’t see myself going back to the chatsworth location or recommending any one to do so

Overall my car looked great minus the fact I had to settle for a 3rd party glass after fighting to get approval for the OEM glass

From the begging I was made to feel like I was being unreasonable for wanting OEM parts due to the fact my car was involved in an accident I had nothing to do with. I felt like I was told one thing then the complete opposite happened. The company kept calling my fiancé even though I was listed as the primary contact and I left messages and emails for the info to come to me. It was only towards the end the customer service improved hence the score

Perry at Caliber in Chatsworth went out of his way to provie updates and explanation. Drove the vehicle for an out of town trip and it was roadworthy. With limited time of barely a week - my sense is the vehicle was repaired to its pre-collision state.
