It was decent enough and the only one available that was deemed to do the work by the dealership where my lease is from.

The steering on my vehicle is much looser than it ever was. I had to get used to gripping the wheel if I decide to go over 50 mph on the freeway, and even when I turn my headlights off, they are continuously on. So I am forever blinding my neighbors when I pull into the car park.

Freddy was understanding of the situation of my accident and not being reachable for a period of time due to being in an area without any service. He was as communicative as he could have been with what would need to be done with my vehicle and how long it would take. I’m not sure who was responsible, but my vehicle was reported to the rental car company at a much earlier date than it was actually done with repairs, so now they’re trying to charge me 385 for the rental car when it was not finished till May 1st.
