There were 2 main parts to my experience: the call center and the shop. The call center misinformed me about what my first appointment was. The shop was great. Everybody was informative, helpful, and kind. The person in charge of my case (Freddy) called a few times to give me updates and was able to meet me where I was at in terms of the repair, insurance, etc. He provided outstanding customer service.

Caliber Collision is one of the best, if not the best collision center to go to! I had two cars serviced with them and they came out great. They are very professional, great customer service, and I can tell they would go above and beyond for their customers. I would definitely recommend their service to anybody that needs repairs and would come back again if needed.
