I honestly have never had to do this before as far as having a vehicle repaired after an accident. However, your team, especially Kyle did an amazing job on our truck. We can't even see the difference. We greatly appreciate what you guys did for us. Even working out the whole thing with certain parts that could not be replaced because they're not manufactured anymore. Kyle was very attentive, he kept in contact with us, and we greatly appreciate his professionalism and ability to leave us completely satisfied thus far. In the situation we had with our vehicle getting damaged we are greatly satisfied with Caliber Collision and our experience with them and the product they gave us. Great job guys and gals

Everyone was fantastic. Laura was such an attentive and knowledgeable receptionist, helping me with every step of the car process, the insurance, the car rental, all of it. Kyle was exceptional in keeping me updated regularly, which I really really appreciated. Not only that, but the team got done with my car early. Everyone I was in contact with were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The repair took 2 days less than initially quoted. I was also able to coordinate a windshield chip repair while it was at the shop! So convenient. This will be my repair shop of choice moving forward.
