I noticed there is a piece of dried grass under the new protected plastic sheet put on the bumper when I picked up the car. Ethan told me he will order a new one and replace it. I have called 2 times and it has not been scheduled and resolved. This is the worst experience with car shop. Hope Ethan can get this fixed asap.

They did a wonderful job! The car looks amazing The service from front line staff was exceptional. Since I did not think of everything I needed out of my car I suggest staff might consider asking… did you gat your remote and charger? 😀

We are bringing the car back because of the frame squeaking when we take off and stop. It doesn’t sound like the bumper is fully aligned. The bumper isn’t hooked on correctly and there is scrubbing on the paint.

The repair of the damage looks great, but there was some netting between ten two front seats that was torn. Fortunately we were able to repair it. Also a 1/2 completed energy drink was left in the cup holder.
