Everyone was awesome and great work done in record time. Maybe give owners a window to pick up the vehicle once completely finished (incl paperwork) so you all aren’t rushed etc. (I didn’t mind waiting though!)

We chose Caliber Collision for its overall positive reviews online and location relative to our home which is only a mile away. Their communication was perfect from start to finish. Essentially all we did was hand over the keys and they scheduled the loaner, completed the work in a timely manner and delivered it to our home when completed, fully detailed. Workmanship was flawless. Management called after the fact to check up on my wife and I to make sure all was well. We have no complaints at all. Out of a pretty daunting and overly stressful time for my wife (this was her first accident to no fault of her own) the guys as Caliber made her feel relieved.

With all the supply chain issues I was expecting it to take longer but they got done AHEAD of schedule. Gilbert from the Greer, SC office was great to work with and always had a positive attitude. This was by far the best car repair experience! They returned my car looking better than before the accident! Like it never happened. Gilbert and his team were able to get my car fixed and looking like new very quickly, even with the current struggle to get the right parts ordered or delivered in a timely fashion. This team personally took initiate to look after the care of my car and made sure every time there was an update to call me an inform me of the latest status on my vehicle. This all shows how much I could trust them and definitely made me feel glad that this was the place I choose to have my car worked on.
