Caliber Collision was very prompt and informative. I am EXTREMELY satisfied. I never had to wonder if reparations were actually happening or not. Mr. Farinas stayed in touch with me daily. He was very helpful and went over and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. The paint job is beautiful and it definitely turns heads when I drive my car. I would recommend Caliber to anyone. If I ever need another paint job or anything car related in the future, Caliber Collision will be my first choice hands down!! Thank you!!

The team did a great job and finished it very timely matter considering the damage. Gilbert was awesome. He kept me updated biweekly, was very nice, and went above and beyond, even as to delivering my vehicle to me. I would use caliber collision again and recommend it to anyone, especially at this location because of Gilbert. They even brought my vehicle back cleaner (inside and out) then when they received it.

I was completely upset with the entire process of my repair at the beginning. Then the rep from the Spartanburg store asked would it be ok if she transferred my vehicle to the Greer location. After my car was transferred, I received updates almost every other day letting me know what was going on and my rep Gilbert was excellent throughout this process

Very well satisfied. Received the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Our service advisor was Gilbert Farinas, and I could not have asked for any better service. He kept us to date on what was going on from start to finish, and got our car back to us faster than what we expected. The car looks great, hats off to the people that worked on it also
