Customer service was great The moment I walked in the door. Ryan took good care of me and answered all my questions. Curtis as able to look at my car and answer the rest of my questions. Top notch work and employees. They got the work done in just a couple of days. My car was nicely detailed.

I would rate customer service and friendliness at a 10. However, When I went to pick my vehicle up the first time, the front bumper had a dent in it, was off-center and the hood and fender were out of adjustment. The second time I went to pick it up, the bumper was still off-center and the hood was still out of adjustment. The third time I went to pick up my vehicle, I was a day away from traveling out of town for an extended period of time, so my back was against the wall. Upon inspection, the bumper was still out of alignment by approximately 1 inch, the passenger side front edge of the hood sat approximately 3/4 of an inch higher than the driver’s side, and there was a new small dent and 2 rock chips on the front center of the hood. The only reason I did not ask for this to be corrected was due to me leaving town for work the following day.
