The guys were nice and a middle-aged woman was too but the young girl at the front counter definitely needs some customer service skills. I got the impression she was just keeping the seat warm. No greeting, hollered down the hall , did not seem to be very well informed. Ryan and everyone else were outstanding.

Randy was great....he explained everything both when I dropped the car off and picked it up. I felt like he really listened to me when I was explaining what happened to my car. The woman that does the intake and close out was super (i didn't get her name). She was thorough, professional, and friendly. I appreciated the text updates and the speed the work was done. CC really lives up to its slogan.

I hate to say this, but while the staff's service was fine, I cannot give a good review regarding the actual work. They spent two weeks repairing the rear bumper on my van, but it only held up for a single day after I picked it up; unfortunately, they installed the wrong bumper, and it is now falling off because it isn't the right fit.

Some of what they did was good. I have had a lot of issues since i've gotten my truck back. Loose bolts. Unwired, wire harnesses that should not have been unwired. Accessories not hooked back upright. Things mounted in the wrong places. This company will never touch my vehicle again.
