Honestly, I don't know anymore. Taking things out of my vehicle without even asking or informing me of it first and then not returning it is not a good look in my opinion. I've sat on this for a week to see if anything would get resolved and we haven't received any formal follow up or correspondence, yet numerous texts and emails asking me to take this survey.

I would've given a higher score if it weren't for the fact that my vehicle's splashguard was taken and not given back. I had the splashguard off of my vehicle and *inside* of my vehicle. I was told they took it out of my car, but not why. When my husband and I attempted to get this resolved, we were called one time at 7 in the morning when we were not available and had zero follow up. It would be one thing if it were a simple mistake and they left it off by accident, but this was taken from the INSIDE of my vehicle where I was storing it until I fixed my lower radiator hose. I was going to give a more positive review, but this genuinely annoyed me and the lack of response or reasoning adds to my frustration. Especially since that is not a cheap component of my vehicle to replace on my own. Thank you guys for fixing my car and refunding $100 of our deductible due to delays, but taking something from inside of my vehicle outside of it and not putting it on or returning it is in the simplest terms theft and hurts my trust with your business. Regardless of whether or not anyone thought it was necessary to even be on my vehicle is besides the point. Now my vehicle is missing a part that was only off of it temporarily while I waited to tend to my lower radiator hose. Other than that, I did notice a couple of additional scuffs off of my paint that were not on my vehicle originally (and evidenced by photos taken immediately after the accident of the front of my vehicle). I had a few dings and dents I was aware of, but there is some additional paint damage where there wasn't any direct hit or collateral damage from the accident I was in. I am also a bit concerned that it was obvious to my husband and I that something was off with the tilt of my driver side tire, but it wasn't so obvious to the technicians working on my vehicle until it came time for us to pick the vehicle up. Then, they realized a strut was in fact bent. I won't lie, that also raises some questions because it was visible with the naked eye that something was in fact bent as evidenced by my driver side tire pointing inward towards the top. That to me is evidence that there is something beyond a simple alignment issue, I find it peculiar it wasn't so obvious to the technicians. Or perhaps just forgotten about until we actually came to pick it up. So far, my vehicle is holding up fine following the repairs. I would've bumped the score up higher if it weren't for the aforementioned issues.

The car I had for a loner was returned by your folks to the rental company saving me an extra trip and that was a great extra I hadn’t expected !
