They did an amazing job, my vehicle look like brand new when they were done with the repairs they detailed the interior as well and they were able to fix everything in a timely manner I would totally recommend them But I’d say they messed up my roof interior with lots of fingerprints and they didn’t put the right tail light matching the outline of my car.

I just realized that the inside of my vehicle has a lot of dirt fingerprints all over the rear roof whenever they worked on my car they also made the fabric of the roof dirty

A chemical or solvent , of some sort , was apparently dripped onto my front fender NOT being repaired , that was not there prior to accident, but was apparent after the repair. I did notice while talking with Ryan, but had assumed is was bird droppings, until I inspected further, after I got home. The plastic clips to hold my wheel-well plastic as well as the actual hex head bolts were not re-installed on side that was replaced. Sounds like a dragging muffler on I-81, at 70mph. Truck was NOT test driven properly as it only accrued a single mile, since it left my hands for repairs, till the time I picked it up. My biggest concern , most notably, was that NO Front-End Alllignment was performed on the vehicle , especially after a head on collision where the left tire was into the bumper when turned to the right , after the accident and now pulls to the left, the damaged side of vehicle. Most noticeable as vehicle is being driven at faster speeds, of 50mph causing some quite noticeable vibrations. An alignment check, would have assumed would have been a no-brainer for a head-on collision accident repair. Lastly, I would highly recommend Ryan for the quality of his workmanship on the cosmetic repairs that were performed. The repairs are quite impressive and the appearance of the body-work is as close to perfection, that one could get. I am still in awe and amazed at the difference the repairs made to my truck. Awesome job , Ryan has done, Indeed.

First the work done was excellent. Truck looks and runs great. They finished early which is always nice. Easy to deal wiith. Super communication. Texting definitely the way to go. Would use again and recommend.
