When reviewing the work the estimater kept saying, "that's how it was when it came in" to the damaged area of the car to make excuses for the car not being put back together right the first time.

We had hail damage on a car in the past and were totally satisfied then.

The work was done well except for the rubber seal where it meets the windshield. We had debated about having it replaced but decided to have it done. The salesman told us it would be about $200. We have been out of town and other family picked the van up the seal was not replaced. When we called to ask about it we were told it would be $520. Is it possible to have it replaced for the original quote?
