This is our 2nd vehicle in the past few months that we have had serviced at caliber. It is only because of Jared's customer service that we are repeat customers here. Jared took care of us as if we were VIP's, and never once did we worry about his suggestions/decisions with our vehicles. I truly hope his monetary compensation matches the level of customer service he provides on a daily basis. This is an employee that MUST be valued, they are rare in this day and age.

Tremendous, thorough customer service. My repairs were finished sooner than predicted, and my car looks like it came off the line again. Everything ran like clockwork. Rental was waiting for me when I arrived. Also received updates, so I could plan accordingly. If I ever need body work done, again, I will call Caliber!! From Layla to Jared, I was met with professionalism and a friendly smile. I will recommend Caliber to my friends and to my family, should they ever need autobody service!

Speedy fast! I can’t complain about fast turnaround times. The work was great. Jared is fantastic to work with.
