2 fasteners missing from cover on rear bumper, and one bolt painted white on box side they repaired that is not painted on other side.

My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner, all staff were professional and answered any questions I had. As for the quality of the repair? You can't even tell was damage there, i would highly recommend caliber collision to anyone.

This was my first body shop experience in 20 years and the paint and repair work completed was very well done and it looks great. I did notice a noise issue that appeared to be associated with the muffler when I returned home late afternoon. I immediately called Jared and he told me to come back so he could identify the problem. He heard the noise but couldn't identify the problem at first but told me they would put the car on the lift and look closer. Early the next morning he called and told me the noise was eliminated by adding new fasteners to the corroded heat shield that he said could have been jarred loose due to the collision. During the whole experience, Jared continually assured me that the vehicle would be done right and he was true to his word. I am very happy and also very impressed with the timeliness of both the text and verbal communications I received during the process. In addition, everyone I met at Caliber Collision were understanding and pleasant.

I was quoted approximately $2,200 by Abra, now Caliber. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was charged approximately $3,700. I was told that the quote didn't matter, and that it is based on the insurance quote which was approximately $3,300. At no point was I told this. I also was never called and notified that it was going to be any more to fix my truck. Now I am forced to pay way more than I was quoted so I can get my truck back. I will be fighting this, I have left a message with headquarters and am waiting for them to return my call.
