I requested my driver door to be fixed and it wasn't. I was then told by your staff that I did something wrong and he was quite rude actually. I will never bring my car or refer someone to your store.

They had to rework after they they told me it was ready to pick up. I arranged people to help bring the truck home, just to send them away. The misalignment was easily seen. It was fixed the second time.

This is my first time getting car repair. Somehow when I first saw my car the first time after the repair is not what I expected. But somehow they offer me for a rework so everything looking good. The bad thing that they need to improve is to make sure no scratch. I have a few scratch on my car. Not the best but it’s okay.

I requested a windshield replacement with a personal payment to be delivered and did not receive the service I requested. The interior lock of the door that was replaced dosen't act with the original key for the truck. The number for the windshield replacement provider was not supplied to me as requested so I will be requesting from someone else. Other than that, the door looks great.
