Heather at the front desk is amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The guy that helped me was very accommodating and wanted to make sure everything was done to my liking. I can’t remember his name but he was very professional and so concerned that my needs were met.

The folks at Caliber Ham Lake were not only extremely professional, they were lots of fun to will with! There was no question about their being serious about all aspects of receiving my car for its repairs and with Enterprise for my rental. I understood all the deals of the intake process and of each paper I signed. And yet there were many smiles and we exchanged appropriate humor through the whole process. And I was completely informed along the way about the progress of the repairs. The car looks great! It’s a pleasure to work with people who take their job seriously and who treat their visitors with respect and with a welcoming attitude.

Yuepheng was our body man and if we could give him a 10+ we would. Excellent work! Excellent professional customer service. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one.
