We were a bit concerned when our car was moved from Williamsburg to Hampton. We were told after it was done, which was concerning.Though the service was good and we are very happy with the results, it was a bit unsettling.

Everyone was awesome. However, there was confusion about my deductible on the day of pickup. Though I received texts about the repair status, it would have been more convenient to have a little more notice about picking up my vehicle. The estimated date was about a week difference. I was appreciative that it was completed sooner. I had to change plans that had already been made, which caused an inconvenience.

Caliber Collision was the recommended repair shop from our insurance company and I was extremely pleased with their work. We brought in our car after a front end collision. Insurance had our repairs as simple but our entire front end needed replaced. Caliber was able to get us a good estimate and quote for the repair and was able to get our vehicle back to us 4 days ahead of schedule. The car looks brand new in the front. Catherine, my service manager, communicated each step in the process and was very helpful and kind. I couldnt recommend Caliber more!! I you have the unfortunate opportunity to need them, Caliber Collision is the way to go!
