No one communicated with me about anything. Also never picked my car up. It was transferred to your Aberdeen location days after they said it was. Have also had to call the Aberdeen location multiple times for updates. Long story short you have the communication skills of Helen Keller

I’m mostly satisfied. The service is definitely top notch & great quality work. This was second time visiting their shop this year due to my second time being rear ended this year. Anywho the 1st time which was in February , they exceeded my expectations by repairing my car before the expected date & this time I got my back after the estimated date. I just take into consideration that the dates are estimated & taking into consideration that it was February the 1 st time & August top of summer the 2 nd time which apparently is a busier season, . But all is well. I would highly recommend Classic Collision. They keep you updated throughout the process & want to make sure that u are pleased with their work. The work is exceptional & when they finish with your vehicle it does not look you’ve ever been involved in an accident. Love them & would use them again but hoping I don’t have to & I highly recommend them to anyone even if u just want to get your car repainted. Great professional, high quality, work!!

Very unprofessional was told that the lights on the dash would be fixed. It was never fixed they said one thing showed up two weeks later and a different story. They even googled what the lights were which didn't make sense to me. The told me what the lights were before they even started working on the car. My car was hit in the rear and BSD lights popped on my dash after collision they told me these lights wasn't caused by the accident. Huh like what..so what caused it.. it happen after my car was hit and the scheduled date and time changed 3 or more times
