The staff up from was absolutely AMAZING! Kind, accommodating, and kept me updated every step of the way. I appreciate their dedication to excellence and making sure that my car would be perfect for me. Fingers crossed I won’t need to bring my vehicle back to a shop, but if I do I will definitely come back here. Excellent service also they work directly with enterprise to get me a rental car so I was never without, that’s like super cool.

Caliber did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle. They were able to return it to me ahead of schedule, which was a plus for me. They kept me informed of their progress. They also stayed a little longer so that I could get my vehicle after closing because I work in Richmond and I truly appreciated it.
