Melissa’s communication was poor; I had to call her a majority of the time to get updates to my vehicle. I am also confident that during her final inspection my battery light was blinking and she allowed me to leave for my 4 hour journey without warning that there may be another issue. I found her rude and condescending throughout the 3 weeks it took for my car to be fixed.

Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on the car, I was very pleased. The only reason I gave a rating of 9 is because there was paint film on my side view mirror.
