I loved the updates on the repair and the willingness to go above and beyond. My rear view camera was broken but wasn’t due to the accident I was involved in. I asked if it could put it back and was told no problem and no charge. Now that’s what I call customer service…and on top of that my car looked amazing!

We had minor repairs done to our vehicle. Caliber Collision was timely, kept us updated regarding the progress of the car and very clear about what to expect with the whole process. That only complaint we have was we got the car back really dusty which a I know was from the repairs but a quick vacuum sweep would’ve fixed it.
