This is my 3rd repair with the company and 1st repair at this location. Same or similar issues. The staff are always professional but the repairs are unsatisfactory.

My car repair took 2 months after being told 1 month which is already a long time. The interior of my car was left dirty on the back seat of the driver seat, the back seat, the floors, the interior roof and the back window. My car looked like a kid or kids had been in the back seat of my coupe. I should inform you no one has ever been in my back seat since I bought it year new. The worst part is the fit of the interior roof is compared to the side they didn’t work on. The fit of the outside of my car is off and easily noticeable. This was my last attempt with Caliber because I’ve had issues before at a different location. I thought the issue was at that location I now know it’s the Caliber Collision company. The staff was nice and respectful and they kept me informed but that’s the only positive thing I can come up with. After going without my car for 2 months I can’t afford to go without my only vehicle any longer so I’ll have to live with the results.
