Missed damage. Poor fit and finish. Was scoped to do mechanical evaluation and at the end said they couldn’t do it. Waiting on information from Caliber.

Service advisor great. Technicians and shop manager are poorly trained. Shop manager shared a lot of personal information and complained about how busy. Explains the lack of comm from missed damage.

Yes instead of giving portcail up date . If there parts that need to be ordered should also be mention with in the procedure and phase of the repair builds . Because it took long then it should and the try to cover it up by extended the repair finish date
