I Really Appreciate All Yhat You Have Done With My Vehicle. Concerning The Body Work. But I Wish That I Was Forwarned before starting Repairs on my Vehicle that the Powersteering Pump was NOT Covered. After, my Vehicle has been Sitting in my driveway since it had to be towed back to where it was sitting at since my Car Accident.I finally saved up enough money to get a estimate of the Power Steering Pump. AND IT IS NOT THE POWER STEERING PUMP THATS LEAKING. My mechanic said it is the RACK AND PINION SECONDARY TO THE ACCIDENT, THE POWERSTEERING FLUID DOSEN'T LEAK OUT,UNTIL THE STEERING WHEEL IS TURNED.AND THATS WHY THE FLUID LEAKED OUT AFTER PUTTING 2 CONTAINERS IN ,According to your Report. And If I would have KNOWN this from the beginning, I would have had my car Totaled, like the Wrecker said it was,when it was towed from the accident to my home. And I would Have fixed that First So I Would Be Driving, and Still Having To wait To Get My Car Running. I am in the process of filing a appeal with Proggressive about my extended damages. I DO THANK YOU, VERY MUCHH!! FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE TO THE BODY OF MY CAR.AGAIN THANKS, SHERRY Miller

I was very impressed by the customer service! Each person greeted me with a smile and explained everything in full detail of what to expect. Communication was impacable.
