Daniel, the technician, was very competent, professional, and kept an open line of communication to keep me informed about the status of vehicle throughout the entire process. I told them the same day that I was unsatisfied with the door that it was not aligned correctly with the rest of the car.... I was advised that it was because "the door hinges were so tight, and that over time, they were loosened up".... My my door is still not correct. That is on top of my car, literally needing a "charge" for me to drive it
