I am very pleased with the work done by Caliber Collision in Hampton, VA. They provided great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. The estimate provided was very clear to understand and explained completely. The text messages notifications on the service updates helped to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle throughout the week. Daniel Garcia did an amazing job making sure I was kept up to speed and all of my questions were answered. Once the work was completed, Daniel did a great job of explaining the lifetime warranty and walked me around the car to show me what was completed. My car looks amazing and I have fallen in love with it all over again. Thank you for helping me get my car back on the road.

The customer service I received from Caliber Collision was exceptional. Everyone greeted me with warm smiles when I entered the establishment. Throughout the whole process Daniel Garcia did an amazing job keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He even did a follow up call a few afterwards to ensure that I was satisfied with the body work done on my vehicle. I felt as though customer service was his top priority.
