Caliber Collision went above and beyond in all respects. They kept me informed and always accepted my calls when I had questions. The work on my car was superb! There is no indication of any damage caused by the reckless driver. Caliber Collision worked with the insurance company and explained the process that would occur. They were polite, professional, and patient. I added Donnieâs number to my contacts, and he kept me updated if there wuld be delays. Rick was most helpful.

Caliber Collision provided service above and beyond my expectations. They totally repaired the damage to my car. There is no sign that a reckless driver had messed it up so badly. Everyone st Caliber was polite, professional, and patient. The first time Donnie called, he expressed concern foremost over my health and recovery from the accident! I added Donnieâs number to my phone contacts. He kept me informed about delays while waiting for parts on back order to be delivered. Rick was most helpful in the office. And Alex drove me home to get my license plates so I could drive my car off the lot. They did everything they could do for me. I would recommend Caliber Collision if anyone ever needed the help I needed after such a devastating situation.

Slight difference between driver side door and closing passenger side door, passenger side door does not close as smoothly as driver side
