Overall I’m satisfied with my car except for two things. First the button on the handle to open my door doesn’t unlock my doors when you press it on both doors on the driver side. Second my driver window is way darker than my other windows now.

I was told. my car would be ready on October 20. It wasn't ready until October 28th. I went on vacation October 6 and expected and needed my car to be ready on October 20th as I was told. This is totally unacceptable for a business. I will also be making a complaint via my insurance company. Three weeks without a car when you have a job and kids is not a easy ordeal.

As of right now, I’m giving a 5. The car looked great after reapairs, but they kept it for twice the time they told us. Two days after getting it back, it stalled and the turn signal (on then side that had the body work) wasn’t working. I called and spoke to John. He was very nice. We dropped off the car. John called us the next day to say they had fixed the turn signal and planned to have a mechanic look at it. We haven’t heard a thing since then. It’s been about a week and we are down to two cars and need three. It called yesterday and was told they would call me back. Haven’t heard anything. Hoping it’s fixed soon.

Uses an after market bumper which did not secure so needs a new factory bumper. AC is not very cold and headlights are aimed too high. But, John has been good to deal with as far as getting it back in to be repaired. Just frustrating.
