This is the second time I’ve had body work done with caliber collision and I’ve been pleased both times.

My only concern is they adjusted my backup camera as we had discussed. It’s at an angle where you can see part of my license plate.

I dropped my car off freshly out of the car wash. When I got it back there was grass all over it like someone mowed the grass on it. I also received a call on Tuesday stating my car was ready, and "has been since Friday". However, no one told me it was ready. I ended up paying money of my own to the rental place because it was reported done to them on Friday and I didnt bring it back until I was notified on Tuesday.

I was not notified when my car was done. Instead I first received a message from enterprise stating it was done and I needed to return my car that day. I was unable to do so with such little notice. I had to pay out of pocket to keep the rental another day due to caliber collision not informing me. Then I received a message from someone in that office stating, "your car is done and it has been since Friday". This was on a Tuesday and I was VERY irritated with the fact they were acting as if I already knew and just wasn't picking up my vehicle. Do better with communication!
