I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The pick up for my car changed multiple times. The excuses for the delay did not match the work being described. I used caliber collision before at another location with more extensive repairs that took half the time then this location did. The actual repair seems decent, but the amount of time repair took did not match the damage.

Jim kept me informed along the way. Excellent customer service! My car was completed well before the estimated date. I hope I never find myself in this situation again however the care and attention I received, 5 Star!!!!

It just looks bad.

Lines look horrible. Can see gaps between bumper and fender as well as gaps between taillight and fender.

Bill is nice and helped but the aftermarket parts are bad.
