The team did a fabulous job. I actually had to get to towed to Joseph Collision from another place because they weren’t going to give me an estimate until almost a week after I dropped it off. My car arrived and the next day I had a quote. The team was efficient and did a fabulous job. Thank you again. I’ll be sure to recommend Joseph Collision Center to everyone!

Very slow in adressing the problem. When it was finally repaired, it took one week to fix the car for a new problem which was a result of a collision in the shop. I felt it was not prioritized even after my car being there off and on for around 30 days. There was very poor communication on the status of my car. This was my worst experience at a dealership for a repair to my car.
