We could not be any happier! Mark was wonderful, and helped with the whole process from working with our insurance company, to keeping us informed. Our silver car, we knew, would be difficult to get a good paint match. They nailed it! No matter how hard you look, you cannot tell where the damage was. We are recommending you on Facebook, and even handing out cards to strangers.

We could not be any happier. Jim treats our car like a "show car", and it looks as good as the day we bought it. It is a silver car, and we know how difficult it is to match that color.You cannot tell it was ever dented.

Again, everything was perfect. Mark was always there for us, and the office people were so personable and helpful that I looked forward to talking with them. Mark dealt with our insurance company, sending damage pictures, etc, saving us from having to do the work ourselves.

I was totally surprised at how well the repairs came out. No tell-tale signs whatsoever that the car had ever been in an accident, "plus" they cleaned the car inside and out, including some smudged places in the original paint at other places than the accident area.

Went to pick up, tailgate wasn’t right, bumper was loose, gaps on hood were off. Took almost two more weeks before it was ready for me to pick up. Now wiper pump doesn’t work and am missing fuel cap rubber bumpers
