Dropped off on a Monday and was told will be done Tuesday or Wednesday...simpy changing dented bumper.....it wasn't done for eight days. Was quoted 675$ to do job and when I picked the truck up was told they had issues with parts and new cost was 986$.....I was not happy felt taken advantage of....no calls to advise problems or price going up 300$ we called them daily and still no problems discussed. Not fair.....won't deal with them again and will tell my story.....quote you a price....you sign agreed to price quoted and then pick up and it's 300 more than agreed on...not cool.

My only request is that when they clean up the car (which is a very nice thing to do) please actually make sure its clean. Whatever cleaner was used on the floor mats or door trim was smelly and greasy. Took more time to clean it again.
