I received an email saying my car was ready for pickup on Fri, 25Apr. I wasn't able to pick it up until Mon, 28Apr. When I picked it up, I was asked to wait for 15-20 minutes because the car needed to be washed - When I inspected the car, the passenger side inside door panel was a mess. It was damaged and in lieu of replacing it, it was skimmed with some sort of material. When you rub your hand down the door, it was rough as sand paper - Also, there is a golf ball size spot that looks like someone just slapped some material on it and flattened it our with a puddy nice. When I got in the car, it was absolutely filthy - There was shop dust covering both front floor areas, dust all over the seats and on the door panels and dash. I spent about an hour+ cleaning the car before dropping it off due to the damage was caused by a break in. I had to clean and vacuum due to broken glass and mud all over the inside of the car. Finally, the glass that was replaced was not tinted nor mentioned while looking at the car post repairs. In the end, of course Dakota was helpful and apologetic about the condition - I asked why the car wasn't inspected before I came over but no answer. He had a new door panel on order and scheduling the tint replacement but yet this costs me another day and time without my car. I'm not mad just disappointed in having over 3k worth of repairs done along with the car being in the shop for a week or so and it being returned to me in such condition -

I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how they kept me posted every step of the way. I felt like they genuinely cared. You just don’t see that many places anymore and I truly appreciated it 😊! They did a fabulous job on all ends! From the front desk check in to the repair and rental departments! Way to go!!
