I just picked up my car. I haven't had the time to review the work. However, I want to say that I had excellent customer experience with the office staff and Dakota. It was easy to drop off my car and get the process started. I liked the text messages on the progress of the repairs. I am very happy with Caliber at this time.

The front desk lady was absolutely fabulous. She deserves a raise. She explained had everything well organized answered all my questions. She was fabulous. I would definitely use this place again.
