The first time I went to pick up the truck, I was told not to take the survey because I pointed out to div in the repair that they did. The second time a friend picked up the truck because I wasn’t home and it’s just not what they said. Val said it would look new and it certainly doesn’t. So I am overall disappointed. I will not be doing bodywork through them if I have a choice. This was someone else’s insurance and it was State Farm and that’s where they wanted me to go. Next time if this happens again or something similar happens again I will make sure that I go to somebody else.

Consistent updates and overall great customer service were the things that stood out the most. Texting made it so much easier to communicate. And in the very end the car looked brand new and the amazing job you did cleaning the inside and outside was the icing on the cake that made my experience a perfect 10!
